Responsibilities

• Develop overarching program strategies and campaign plans in collaboration with clients and campaign teams.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with influential political stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Forge strong alliances with campaign partners, donors, and supporters.
• Oversee comprehensive data collection and analysis efforts, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Efficiently allocate resources across multiple programs and ensure seamless logistics.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program managers, field executives, and associates.
• Act as the primary client liaison, addressing their needs and maintaining strong relationships.
• Ensure full compliance with campaign finance and election regulations while upholding ethical standards.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and informative content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, including scheduling, analytics, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Passion for democracy, civic engagement, and public affairs.
• Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
