CAFRAL is looking for a highly proficient and competent person as Program Director who will, inter alia, design, deliver learning programs, take sessions in the Learning programs and do other related work in emerging areas of relevance for senior executives of the financial sector. She/he will also design and deliver certificate courses in the area of banking and finance along with any other work assigned, as may be required.

Eligibility:

Applicants should have in-depth knowledge of banking and finance and work experience in the financial sector in senior positions, as General Manager and above or equivalent.

Minimum experience of 25 years as officer in banking and financial sector.

Experience in teaching/training/capacity building in banking/ financial sector is preferable.

4. The Program Director (PD) will report to the Additional Director (Learning Administration).
