Job Summary

As a Program Director you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization ensuring they align with strategic objectives. You will utilize your expertise in project planning estimation and tracking to deliver successful outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders managing budgets and ensuring quality and risk management processes are adhered to. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee project estimation and tracking to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide guidance on project time management to optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure adherence to project quality management standards to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage project scope effectively to prevent scope creep and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impacts on project success.
  • Oversee project cost and budget management to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
  • Utilize Scrum and Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgeting to ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately.
  • Utilize MS Project for effective project scheduling and resource management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure that all project activities align with the companys strategic objectives and contribute to its overall purpose.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate expertise in project planning estimation and tracking with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exhibit proficiency in project time management quality management and risk management.
  • Possess strong skills in project scope management and cost & budget management.
  • Have experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies to enhance project execution.
  • Show proficiency in MS Project for effective project scheduling and resource management.
  • Experience in Telecom Billing & Revenue Management is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts.
