Job Description

In this role of Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization to ensure they align with strategic objectives. Your expertise in project planning, estimation, and tracking will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes. Collaborating with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to quality and risk management processes are key aspects of your role. Your deep understanding of Agile methodologies will be essential for this hybrid position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects to align with organizational goals. - Oversee project estimation and tracking for timely and cost-effective delivery. - Provide guidance on project time management to optimize resource utilization. - Ensure adherence to project quality management standards for high-quality outcomes. - Manage project scope effectively to prevent scope creep and meet project objectives. - Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impacts on project success. - Oversee project cost and budget management to achieve financial objectives. - Utilize Scrum and Agile methodologies for enhanced project delivery and team collaboration. - Engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to meet their needs and expectations. - Manage project budgeting to allocate financial resources appropriately. - Utilize MS Project for effective project scheduling and resource management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes. - Ensure all project activities align with the company's strategic objectives and contribute to its overall purpose. Qualifications: - Demonstrate expertise in project planning, estimation, and tracking with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Exhibit proficiency in project time management, quality management, and risk management. - Possess strong skills in project scope management, cost & budget management. - Have experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies for enhanced project execution. - Show proficiency in MS Project for effective project scheduling and resource management. - Experience in Telecom Billing & Revenue Management is a plus. - Ability to work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts.,
