Program Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and evaluation, ensuring successful delivery.
• Budget Management: Create, manage, and monitor program budgets, ensuring financial resources are used effectively and within allocated limits.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for one or more organizational programs to align with broader company goals.
• People Management: Lead, train, and manage program teams and other managers, fostering professional development and performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with funding partners, stakeholders, and other internal and external groups.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could impact program success.
• Reporting and Compliance: Generate progress reports, ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements, and maintain necessary documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to integrate programs with the organization's overall strategy and objectives.

Skills & Experience:

• 14-17 years’ overall experience with 10+ years of experience in program management in Telecom/Fintech domain.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end software project deliveries.
• Proven experience managing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid projects.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification is good to have.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for data analysis and tracking.
• Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations for clients, leadership, and project teams.
• Flexible to travel as per project needs, including short-term or extended onsite engagements.
