Production Manager

Currently we are hiring Production Manager for Solar Structure manufacturing Industry.

Role Overview:

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all production activities on the shop floor to ensure timely output.
• Supervise job placement, material flow, and stage-wise movement during fabrication and assembly.
• Design and execute layout plans for new lines/projects including fixtures, gauges, and equipment installations.
• Maintain and update

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  , daily production reports, machine logs, and breakdown records.
• Manage in-process inventory and maintain an efficient flow across the production chain.
• Collaborate closely with R&D and design teams for smooth onboarding of new products and structure types.
• Monitor production costs and resource utilization to meet predefined budget and timeline goals.
• Enforce strict compliance with

  Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)

  standards.
• Drive lean manufacturing practices, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and industry certifications specific to solar structure manufacturing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in

  solar structure

  manufacturing or a related metal fabrication industry.
• Proficient in managing production machinery, tooling, and quality control processes.
• Solid understanding of

  solar mounting structures

  and associated fabrication methods.
• Familiarity with

  ISO standards

  and

  quality management systems

  .
• Working knowledge of

  ERP systems

  ,

  MS Excel

  , and production planning tools.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage shop floor teams and workflows.
