Job Description We are seeking a Sales Executive with a proven track record in B2B or industrial sales, ideally within the construction, prefab, or PEB sectors. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, understands the sales cycle from prospecting to closure, and is passionate about building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads in target sectors (railway, infrastructure, warehousing, logistics, exhibitions, etc.) Pitch Engko’s prefab and PEB solutions to prospective clients Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals in collaboration with the engineering team Manage and follow up on inquiries, quotations, and tenders Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports Travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and relationship management Stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and competitors Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field 2–5 years of sales experience in prefabrication, construction, infrastructure, or related industries Excellent communication and negotiation skills A strong network within construction/infrastructure sectors is a plus Willingness to travel as required Self-motivated and target-driven Preferred Skills Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings or technical schematics (basic level) Knowledge of government and private sector procurement processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, innovative company Professional growth and training opportunities Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement Supportive and collaborative work culture Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person

Job Summary: As a Production Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production activities at our manufacturing facility. Your role will ensure efficient and timely output of prefabricated and PEB components while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets. Supervise and lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and operators. Ensure products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards. Optimize resource utilization—manpower, machines, and materials. Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor production KPIs and report performance metrics. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with Design, Quality Control, Procurement, and Project teams. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide quick resolutions. Prepare and manage production schedules and budgets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or plant management role, preferably in the PEB / prefab / steel fabrication industry. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, welding, cutting, and assembly processes. Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools. Familiarity with ISO standards and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and organizational skills.
