With a reputation for quality, innovation, and on-time delivery, we’re seeking a dynamic Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive excellence on the shop floor. Job Summary: As a Production Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production activities at our manufacturing facility. Your role will ensure efficient and timely output of prefabricated and PEB components while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets. Supervise and lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and operators. Ensure products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards. Optimize resource utilization—manpower, machines, and materials. Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor production KPIs and report performance metrics. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with Design, Quality Control, Procurement, and Project teams. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide quick resolutions. Prepare and manage production schedules and budgets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or plant management role, preferably in the PEB / prefab / steel fabrication industry. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, welding, cutting, and assembly processes. Knowledge of ERP systems and production planning tools. Familiarity with ISO standards and safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong communication and organizational skills.
