Job Description

Position: Production Manager

Company: Tulsi Speciality Foods Pvt.Ltd

Job Location: North Guwahati (Assam)

Job timing: 9 hrs Rotational Shifts

Salary: Up to ₹ 50,000 gross

Experience: 7-8 years of experience in only Snacks and Namkeen

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and executing production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels and process monitoring
Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with established standards
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company safety protocols on the production floor.
Lead and supervise a team of production operators on the assigned shift
Provide on-the-job training to production staff.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and GMP guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
