Production Planning & Management: Plan and oversee the daily production schedule for namkeen products to meet targets efficiently. Ensure production is carried out as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality specifications. Monitor and control critical process parameters like frying temperature, time, moisture content, mixing ratios, and seasoning. 2.
