Job Description

Key Responsibilities- ( Candidate from aerospace company only)

(Immediate joiners preferred)Location: Peenya Industrial area

Oversee day-to-day production activities across CNC, VMC, and turning centres.
Plan, schedule, and monitor production targets to meet delivery commitments.
Coordinate with planning, quality, and engineering teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure adherence to AS9100D, customer-specific, and internal process standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization.
Implement and monitor shop floor discipline, manpower deployment, and shift management.
Review and approve production documentation route cards, process sheets, and traveller documents.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
Ensure proper machine maintenance, tool management, and 5S compliance.
Support ERP utilization for production planning, tracking, and reporting.
Develop the teams technical capabilities through training and mentoring
