The role involves mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance, supporting continuous production, achieving safety standards, and reducing downtime. Key Responsibilities1. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment used in: Riser sleeve production (mixers, batching systems, molding presses, kilns/furnaces) Ceramic foam filter manufacturing (slurry preparation, cutting machinery, drying ovens, sintering furnaces) Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic breakdowns. Maintain and service refractory processing equipment and thermal systems. 2. Utilities & Facility Maintenance Inspect and maintain plant utilities including compressors, blowers, pumps, and dust-collection systems. Ensure proper functioning of burners, heating elements, temperature controllers, and thermocouples. Monitor HVAC systems, electrical panels, and facility lighting. 3. Safety & Compliance Adhere to all maintenance safety procedures for high-temperature and dust-prone environments. Ensure equipment complies with ISO, OSHA, and company safety requirements.
