Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Jharkhand, India. The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to safety, quality, and operational standards. They will coordinate with various departments to streamline processes, manage resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Manager will also be responsible for training and supervising production staff, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining accurate production records. Qualifications Experience in production management, process optimization, and resource allocation Strong knowledge of forging processes, quality control, and safety standards Excellent leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment Effective communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Experience in the forging industry is a plus
