Production Manager

We are hiring for Production Manager Role. Experience - 10+ years required Location - Bangalore (Onsite) Industry - Manufacturing N.P - Looking for Immediate Joiners Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. 2. Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and resource plans. 3. Supervise and lead production teams, including supervisors, operators, and technicians. 4. Monitor production KPIs such as output, efficiency, downtime, and scrap rates; initiate corrective actions as needed. 5. Coordinate with other departments such as Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations. 6. Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies. 7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen) to optimize processes and reduce waste. 8. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods in coordination with the supply chain. 9. Prepare production reports, analyze data, and present to senior management. 10. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members for performance and development. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred). 2. 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. 3. Proven expertise in production planning, shop floor management, and lean manufacturing practices. 4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 6. Familiarity with ERP systems, production software, and MS Office tools.
