Job Description

As a Production Manager at Kish Hospitality Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Your role will involve managing production schedules, implementing and monitoring production processes for continuous improvement, and developing strategies to optimize resource usage and reduce operational costs. You will also be required to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, as well as direct and coordinate production staff to enhance productivity. In this position, you will play a key role in training and mentoring team members on best practices, handling budgeting and financial forecasting for production activities, and conducting regular quality checks to maintain product standards. Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors, monitoring inventory levels, and managing supply chain processes will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to collect and analyze production data to inform decision-making, identify potential risks in production operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Production Management or a related field, along with proven experience as a Production Manager in the hospitality sector. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in production management software are essential. You should also possess strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, experience in budgeting and financial planning, and knowledge of health and safety regulations and supply chain management principles. Creative problem-solving skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to work on-site in India are also required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities will be beneficial for success in this role.,
