Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Production Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production planning, quality compliance, cost control, and timely delivery. The role requires strong leadership, process optimization skills, and hands-on experience in managing shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and control production activities to meet output, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Manage day-to-day shop-floor operations and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and machines.
Develop and implement production schedules in line with demand forecasts.
Monitor production performance and initiate corrective actions to resolve bottlenecks.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality norms, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
Prepare and present MIS reports on production efficiency and KPIs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality systems.
Experience in handling teams and shop-floor workforce.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
