Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Chandigarh. The Production Manager will oversee daily production activities, coordinate with different teams, and ensure that production goals are met efficiently and within deadlines. Responsibilities include scheduling workflows, managing resources, maintaining quality standards, and implementing process improvements to enhance production efficiency. Qualifications Experience in production management, process optimization, and scheduling Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills Knowledge of quality control standards and production processes Proficiency in tools and software related to production planning and management Exceptional communication and decision-making abilities Educational background in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field Experience in the textile or needlework industry is a plus Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an on-site setup
