Role Responsibilities Prepare daily meals according to dietary preferences and restrictions. Plan and create diverse and nutritious menus tailored to clients' tastes. Source high-quality ingredients from local markets and suppliers. Maintain a hygienic and organized kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations. Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and report shortages as needed. Offer meal presentation and plating that is visually appealing. Provide friendly and professional service to clients during meal times. Offer cooking demonstrations and engage with clients about food preparation. Accommodate last-minute requests and alterations while balancing time constraints. Keep track of food waste and strive to minimize it wherever possible. Prepare special occasion meals and catering services for events. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and feedback. Continuously learn and implement new cooking techniques and trends. Help with meal prep and assist in meal assembly for large gatherings. Work closely with other household staff to ensure seamless service. Qualifications Proven experience as a Private Chef or similar role. Formal culinary training or certification preferred. Ability to create diverse cuisine styles. Strong understanding of dietary restrictions and food allergies. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility in working different hours and adjusting to client preferences. Ability to work independently and manage kitchen duties efficiently. Creativity in recipe development and meal presentation. Experience in meal planning and grocery shopping. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality. Commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality and hygiene. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. A positive attitude and a passion for cooking. Willingness to occasionally travel for events or special occasions.
