Job Description

Role Overview: As a project manager at Standard Chartered, you will be responsible for developing project plans, defining project scope, tracking and monitoring projects from inception to closure. You must adhere to group standards and controls for successful delivery. Your role will involve identifying and managing risks, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing solutions, stakeholder management, vendor and financial management, developing project costs, and delivering the developed solutions. You will also need to have knowledge on card issuing and transaction acquiring processing and standards, ISO8583 messaging standard protocols, and hand-on experience with various card schemes like VISA, MasterCard, UPI, and other national card schemes. Key Responsibilities: - Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct. - Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. - Lead the team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Banks Conduct Principles. - Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters. - Serve as a Director of the Board. - Embed Here for good and Groups brand and values in the team. - Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business, or Functional policies and procedures. - Multiple functions (double hats). Qualification Required: - B TECH or BE or MBA degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related IT Area. - 6 to 10 years of experience.
