You will be responsible for developing project plans, defining project scope, tracking and monitoring projects from inception to closure. It is crucial to adhere to group standards and controls for successful delivery. Your role will involve identifying and managing risks, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. Additionally, you should have knowledge of card issuing and transaction acquiring processing and standards, as well as ISO8583 messaging standard protocols. Your responsibilities will include developing solutions, stakeholder management, vendor and financial management, developing project costs, and delivering the developed solutions. You must have hands-on experience with VISA, MasterCard Card, UPI, and other national card schemes Issuing & Acquiring, Scheme compliance requirements. Desirable knowledge includes national schemes and processor integrations. Familiarity with APIs (SOAP, JSON, REST, etc.), Web Service Integration, Back Office integration, HSM protocols and configuration, encryption Keys/Cryptography, EMV technologies and standards, PCI DSS, PA DSS standards, Contact and Contactless technologies, 3DS and Tokenization standards is required. Experience in EFT transaction switching or online banking environment, automated test tools and simulators, design and programming knowledge in CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, MVS, and end-to-end systems development life cycles is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to share relevant technical and industry knowledge with other resources. Problem-solving, team, and time management skills are crucial, as well as being resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas. Experience in the banking or financial services industry, working on Cloud and Digital transformation projects, and knowledge of open banking are advantageous. You should be capable of reviewing requirements, conducting impact analysis, gap analysis, high-level design, cost estimation, proposing timelines, obtaining project approval, and drafting solution architecture/function spec/technical spec documents. As a leader, you should be a subject matter expert on technical and functional knowledge, possess good team collaboration skills, and have relationships within and outside the organization.
