Job Description: Business Analyst (Cards Issuing Exp Mandate in latest project) Note: Will get profiles more on Cards Acquiring Experience: 6-15yrs Location: Pune, Bangalore & Hyderabad Notice: Immediate to 2months. Job Role: Requirements • Successful candidate should have strong domain knowledge in consumer finance products (including credit cards, core banking, customer management and unsecured lending). • Must have worked extensively on the various VisionPLUS Issuing modules and well versed with the various product configuration parameters. • Experience in handling data migration projects • Possess strong technical and functional skills on the core VisionPLUS modules • Experience in conducting GAP analysis, Impact analysis and estimation. • Proven expertise and experience of analyzing, defining, and articulating complex problems clearly across strategic, business, systems, process and data areas of work • Experience of defining and documenting process workflows for system implementation • Excellent presentation, analytical and articulation skills • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping, methodology development, and data modelling • Self-starter and extremely hands on in the execution of projects • Able to manage and work with internal stakeholders, and vendors. • Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis is required. • Must exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems. • Ability to communicate difficult sensitive information tactfully is required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, vendors, and subject matter experts is required. • Work with business and other technology partners (internal and external) to define and implement interface stability and standards • In-depth understanding cards systems and modules for defining stability metrics and recovery processes • Understanding customer impact and business impact by the applications backed by communication skills and stakeholder management • Ability to play a key role in change management process in ensuring stability due to change • Ability to define and implementation process or standards as part of chaos engineering • Should have sound understanding of providing solutions for monitoring, predictive failures, automated recovery Responsibility • Identifying and documenting requirements in form of customer journeys and user stories. • Analyze existing interfaces and functional programs and prepare technical specifications. • Maintain technical awareness at a level where alternatives can be analyzed, modelled and classified according to technical feasibility and non-functional characteristics • Work with other stakeholders, internal and external product teams in finalizing solution to meet the requirements. • Take responsibility as needed for the detailed specification and modelling of recommended solutions. Apply available standards, methods and tools in an intelligent and effective way and produce a consistently high standard of documentation. • Exhibit values and principles of an agile mindset • Accountable for cross team reporting to Program Manager, PMO and/or possibly steering committee. • Coordination across teams / platforms, ensuring project requirements are understood by the teams and solution meets the requirements. • Assist users in clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria for testing of automated systems • Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the program, projects, and project management community and with other stakeholders if necessary. JD: Business Analyst , Cards Issuing Domain Grade- 6+ Years Location: Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad Business Analyst (Issuing Domain) Strong understanding of the issuing domain, including card products (credit, debit, prepaid), account management, transaction processing, and fraud detection systems. Deep understanding of the card issuing process, payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and related technologies such as EMV, tokenization, and contactless payments. Familiarity with APIs, payment gateway integration, and data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel). Awareness of compliance requirements such as PCI DSS, KYC (Know Your Customer), and AML (Anti-Money Laundering). Experience in managing projects or working closely with project management teams using tools such as Jira or Confluence. Experience in gathering & documenting business requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows. Good experience with Agile/SaFe methodologies and Business analyst tools. Excellent skill in Analysis of Business System and process of client application Domain experience Must have experience in Cards and Payments domain.
