About Position We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. Role: Product Manager Location: Chennai Experience: 12 – 16 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized based on business value and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-impact features. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams. Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions. Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile environments. Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and releases. Champion customer-centric thinking and advocate for user experience improvements. Expertise You'll Bring Proven success in launching and scaling digital products across industries. Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities. Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics. Background in working with UX/UI teams to shape user-centric products. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in product development.
