Position Overview:

We are seeking a Product Owner who operates at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of Agile delivery with a passion for AI-driven product enablement. This role involves defining the product vision, managing the backlog, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent, user-focused, and scalable digital solutions. Experience in CRM, AdTech, or Media platforms is highly preferred.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Partner with data science and engineering teams to embed AI/ML capabilities within products.

• Evaluate AI use cases, define success metrics, and ensure ethical, impactful AI adoption.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and feasibility.

• Write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders using Confluence and Microsoft Teams for transparent communication.

• Analyze product performance, feature adoption, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

• Champion Agile principles, experimentation, and iterative delivery.

Education, Experience, and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a digital or technology-driven environment.

• Proven experience in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications, automation, and data-driven product design.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog and documentation management.

• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for coordination and collaboration.

• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or PMI-ACP are preferred.

• Experience in CRM, AdTech, or Media domains is a strong plus.

• Exposure to AI product delivery, prompt engineering, or AI solution scoping is desirable.
