Product Owner

As a Senior Product Delivery Vice President in the WLS AI Delivery team, your role will involve ensuring the stable and scalable delivery of AI solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to build key relationships and enable the product to continuously deliver value. Your passion for delivering intelligent solutions that address customer needs will be crucial. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and oversee the product vision, roadmap, and development plans, ensuring alignment with business growth targets and risk management objectives. Lead End-to-End Product Lifecycle. - Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation and planning through execution and future enhancements. Mentor product teams on industry best practices. - Own product performance metrics, prioritize and invest in enhancements, and manage a team of product owners. Design AI-Integrated Workflows. - Demonstrate proficiency in workflow tools, design efficient processes, and maximize connectivity and automation. Define and communicate the vision and strategy for AI products. - Drive innovation in AI applications, champion ethical AI practices, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX/UI designers. Monitor product performance and user feedback for continuous improvement. - Drive Workflow Innovation, championing innovative workflow design and optimization techniques. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Product Owner in AI/ML product development. - Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools. - 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics. - Solid understanding of convolutional neural networks (CNN) and deep learning techniques. Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Alteryx, and PySpark for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow. - Familiarity with tools like UiPath, Xceptor, Python, Instabase. Good understanding of NLP and prompt engineering. - Experience with cloud platforms and AI services. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI. - Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Power Platform, Camunda/BPM, Cloud Solution Architecture.
