About the Role

Product Owner with strong expertise in the Banking domain

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the product roadmap for banking and loan management capabilities.
• Gather, refine, and prioritize product requirements based on business goals, compliance standards, and customer needs.
• Translate high-level concepts into well-structured

  User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Epics

  .
• Lead decision-making for loan lifecycle features including:

• Loan application & processing

• Loan underwriting & approval

• Loan disbursement

• Repayment scheduling

• Payment processing & reconciliation

• Ensure product features align with

  banking compliance and regulatory requirements

  , including payment compliance and risk controls.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders (internal & external) to align product decisions with business objectives.
• Conduct backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management activities.
• Monitor product KPIs, track performance, and assess enhancements based on business impact.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for usability, customer experience, and process optimization.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 5+ years of experience

  as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in the

  Banking/FinTech domain

  .
• Strong functional understanding of

  loan management systems

  , including:
• Loan processing
• Loan disbursement
• Payment workflows
• Repayment management
• Hands-on experience with

  payment processing systems

  , payment gateways, and settlement workflows.
• Good understanding of

  banking compliance

  , regulatory frameworks, KYC/AML, and payment compliance standards.
• Ability to create clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user journeys, workflows, and business rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and product delivery in iterative cycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
