About the role:


Product Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to increase program adoption and market penetration.
  • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to customer segments (Travel Agents/Hotels)
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide product development and marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing teams to design go-to-market (GTM) plans for new features and products.
  • Develop marketing content including brochures, presentations, website content, blogs, case studies, and campaign assets.
  • Support sales enablement with pitch decks, product training materials, and competitive battle cards.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives using metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams on campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and performance marketing to drive demand.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and sharing insights with cross-functional teams.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in

    product marketing, brand marketing

    within the

    travel / tourism / luxury hospitality industry

    .
  • Strong understanding of travel distribution, supply and customer buying behaviour
  • Proven track record in creating GTM strategies and executing successful product launches.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in using tools like BI Power, CRM, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
