🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer segments, needs, and behaviors through

  research and customer interviews

  to identify high-value use cases.
• Create

  persuasive and technical content

  for marketing channels, sales collateral, and events.
• Conduct

  pilots, alpha, and beta testing

  with K12 teachers, students, and admins to advise on product development priorities.
• Manage

  programs for educators

  , including customer advisory boards and social activations.

🔹 Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience

  ; MBA preferred.
• Background in

  education, education technology, and/or marketing experience

  in an enterprise technology or SaaS category preferred.
• Strong

  analytical problem-solving skills

  with a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Exceptional

  project management, communication, and writing skills

  .
• Ability to manage

  cross-department relationships

• Experience with
