As the Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our product, account management, and marketing teams. The role focuses on driving platform awareness among dealerships, encouraging adoption, and focusing on customer retention.

Responsibilities include understanding user personas, defining the right messaging, determining the optimal communication frequency, and identifying effective engagement models through compelling messaging, strategic marketing, and performance analysis.

Your role will also focus on designing and implementing scalable processes that amplify customer engagement, strengthen retention, and fuel long-term growth.

Leveraging AI tools and insights to scale personalized and efficient marketing campaigns will be an integral part of this role.

What

• 4–7 years of experience in

  product marketing

  , preferably in SaaS, mobile apps, or EdTech.
• Strong exposure to US market dynamics, with the ability to adapt messaging and positioning for a global audience
• Proven track record of thriving in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments — balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
• Proven track record of

  driving user growth and retention

  through lifecycle and product marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of

  marketing analytics

  , user behavior metrics, and campaign performance tools (e.g., Moengage, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Amplitude, etc.).
• Experience working closely with

  product and customer-facing teams

• Familiarity with

  AI tools

  for marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) is a plus
