As an Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager, your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive product strategies for New Biz Development. You will be responsible for achieving Gross Margins targets, Business Win targets, Revenue targets, and market share goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making Promotion Plan and Implementation to build an active Design Funnel - Managing and building relationships with Suppliers and Strategic Customers - Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales & FAE teams to drive demand generation campaigns - Managing commercial and contractual supplier terms to ensure margin growth - Handling Inventory Management - Preparing & sharing business inputs with Management through data-driven market analysis - Generating reports for reviews with Suppliers and Meeting the KPIs from Supplier To be successful in this role, you should have 5-10 years of experience in the Electronics / Semiconductor industry. You must have relevant experience in Marketing of electronics components and demand creation activities. Strong communication & presentation skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills, are essential for this position. Additionally, having MS-Office skills, specifically strong MS-Excel & PowerPoint, would be beneficial. Please Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
