Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) is redefining how enterprises unlock value from their data. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of innovative, AI-powered features within the FDI CX portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to shape next-generation analytics solutions that empower business users with actionable insights, driving smarter decisions and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered analytics capabilities in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) – CX.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Own and drive the entire product development lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering through design, development, launch, and scaling.
  • AI & Analytics Innovation: Develop groundbreaking analytics solutions leveraging AI, machine learning, and advanced data modelling to solve emerging business challenges in CX analytics.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX, QA, and other product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Customer Discovery & User-Centric Design: Engage with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand business needs, gather feedback, conduct market research, and translate insights into user-focused product requirements.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to create compelling value propositions, messaging, training materials, and sales enablement assets.
  • Product Performance & Measurement: Define key success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement to maximize customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Industry Expertise & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, analytics, and customer experience. Act as a thought leader, bringing innovative ideas and market intelligence into the product strategy

Qualifications

  • Experience: 6–10+ years in product management, ideally within enterprise SaaS, analytics platforms, AI/ML-driven products, or data-intensive applications.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with CX analytics, customer engagement technologies, or similar enterprise applications is highly desirable.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of analytics ecosystems—including data models, pipelines, and visualization tools. Experience with AI/ML concepts, technologies, and productization is a significant advantage.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize complex technical and business concepts into clear product strategies and actionable plans.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Skilled at influencing cross-functional stakeholders and engaging executive leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
