The incumbent will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives within Meghmani Lifesciences’ Chronic Care Division, with focused expertise across Clinical Nutrition, Neuropathy, Pain Management, Gastroenterology, Metabolic Disorders, and other long-term therapy segments. The role includes crafting a differentiated marketing mix, identifying therapy gaps, and implementing high-impact brand strategies aligned with both current portfolio strength and future pipeline potential.
The jobholder will lead efforts in brand building, life cycle management, and launching value-added line extensions to maximize brand equity and therapy leadership. A key responsibility includes mapping evolving clinical needs, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics to drive category creation and portfolio diversification.
Drive high-impact marketing initiatives to ensure top-of-mind brand recall and visibility among competitors across Clinical Nutrition, Neuropathy, Pain Management, and Gastroenterology segments.
Continuously scan the therapeutic landscape to identify trends, emerging needs, white spaces, and opportunities for new product introductions, line extensions, and therapy expansions.
Develop and execute end-to-end brand strategies including positioning, product differentiation, lifecycle management, and scientific branding aligned with business objectives.
Design and develop cycle-wise promotional materials, visual aids, campaign concepts, and scientific communication tools tailored to each therapy and segment.
Conduct periodic training programs for the field force to ensure deep understanding and consistent execution of brand USPs, positioning strategies, and promotional tools.
Utilize data-driven tools and field insights to analyze brand performance, identify challenges, segment customers, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Purchase teams to ensure timely product availability, sample allocation, promotional material procurement, and resolution of product-related issues.
Travel extensively to key markets to monitor implementation of marketing strategies, gather field insights, and evaluate effectiveness of ongoing campaigns.
Identify and nurture relationships with key customers, prescribers, and KOLs through scientific engagement, CRM activities, and on-ground interactions.
Lead cycle meetings to align sales and marketing teams on upcoming plans including brand launches, campaigns, visual aid rollouts, and promotional strategies.
Track key metrics such as market size, brand growth, competitor activities, pricing trends, doctor coverage, tool utilization, and ROI on marketing investments.
