Responsibilities

• Drive 

  business growth

  , 

  market penetration

  , and 

  Rx generation

   in Karnataka across specialties like Clinical Nutrition, Neuropathy, Pain, and Infections.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of ABMs/TBMs with clear KPIs.
• Ensure excellence in 

  execution of doctor engagement

  , secondary sales, and key account coverage.
• Develop and implement territory-specific 

  strategies for chronic and acute therapies

  .
• Manage forecasting, stockist network, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Science Preferably MBA & Certification in Leadership with Digital Competence
• 10–15 years of proven track record in pharma sales, including 

  team leadership in Karnataka

  .
• Experience in 

  chronic and acute care segments

   is a must.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution and people management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven culture.
