Regulatory Affairs Manager/ Executive (Packaging & Labeling)

Role Overview: As a Regulatory Affairs Executive (Packaging & Labeling) at Meghmani Lifesciences Ltd, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining regulatory documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and preparing dossiers. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, reviewing and ensuring that packaging and labeling meet regulatory standards, and staying updated with current regulatory affairs. You will act as a bridge between Vendors, Studio/Design Team, Marketing, QA, and Supply Chain to ensure timely finalization of artwork & packaging materials, coordination on label claims & regulatory compliance, smooth execution of printing & packing for Finished Goods & Samples, and error-free, market-ready packs. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Prepare dossiers - Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information - Review and ensure packaging and labeling meet regulatory standards - Stay updated with current regulatory affairs - Act as a bridge between Vendors, Studio/Design Team, Marketing, QA, and Supply Chain - Ensure timely finalization of artwork & packaging materials - Coordinate on label claims & regulatory compliance - Ensure smooth execution of printing & packing for Finished Goods & Samples - Ensure error-free and market-ready packs Qualifications Required: - Expertise in Regulatory Documentation, Regulatory Requirements, and Regulatory Compliance - Proficiency in Dossier Preparation and Regulatory Affairs - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of relevant software and regulatory databases - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus - Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred - Location at Ahmedabad If you have 2-5 years of experience in Packaging Development / Artwork Coordination / Regulatory (Labeling) in Pharma, Nutraceuticals, or FMCG, a strong eye for detail with knowledge of regulatory & labeling requirements, and excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams and external vendors, and if you enjoy bringing concepts to reality on the shelf while ensuring quality + regulatory compliance in every pack, we would love to connect with you!
