Role Description

Product Manager - Web Application & Mobile App’s Intern

This internship provides hands-on experience with an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating engaging and impactful content for digital platforms. In this unique role, all in a remote setting & mobile platform that combines advanced technology with personalized coaching. Our app offers a comprehensive range of online services, including healthy food recommendations, home workout solutions, customized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and wellness insights.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, user experience (UX) optimization, and cross-functional team collaboration. You will be responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful product launches while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities.
• Prioritize features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer needs.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment.
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and risks to leadership and clients.

Agile & Development Oversight

• Lead Agile processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Write clear product requirements (PRDs) and user stories for development teams.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze product performance, and iterate for continuous improvement.

User Experience & Growth

• Ensure a seamless and engaging UX by collaborating with UI/UX designers.
• Drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
• Implement A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 2+ Years of experience as a

  Product Manager

  in

  web/mobile app development

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and product lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in tools like

  JIRA, Trello, Figma, SQL, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel)

  .
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

Soft Skills

Preferred (Good-to-Have):

• Experience with
