Job Opportunity: Package Label & Social Media Poster Design Intern Intern (Remote, Unpaid) Company Overview We are seeking creative and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Package Label & Social Media Poster Design Intern at Healthletic Lifestyle . As a next-generation health, wellness, and fitness start-up, Healthletic integrates technology with personalized coaching to deliver services like nutrition guidance, home workouts, wellness insights, and healthy food recommendations. This internship offers hands-on experience in visual design across print and digital platforms. You’ll work on real projects that will go live on packaging and across our social media channels. Job Type: Part-time Internship Duration: 3 months Location: Remote (Work from Home) Stipend: Unpaid Role Overview We are looking for a versatile design intern with a strong visual sense and a passion for both package label design and digital poster design . This role is ideal for someone who can adapt designs for physical packaging and digital marketing campaigns while maintaining brand consistency and creativity. Key Responsibilities Packaging & Label Design Create engaging and compliant labels for product packaging (stickers, jars, sachets, etc.). Ensure design accuracy in dimensions, resolution (300 DPI), and print specifications (CMYK, bleed). Incorporate necessary regulatory elements like FSSAI license, MRP, batch codes, etc. Collaborate with team members to reflect brand tone and market appeal. Social Media Poster Design Design eye-catching and on-brand posters for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp campaigns. Translate campaign themes into creative visual formats suitable for various digital platforms. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content. Design promotional banners and highlight covers to support seasonal and ongoing campaigns. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to align messaging and aesthetics. Attend weekly review meetings and adapt based on constructive feedback. Skills & Tools Essential: Graphic Design Software: Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (for print and digital artwork) Canva (for rapid content generation) Figma (basic understanding for collaboration) Print-Ready Design Knowledge: Understanding of CMYK vs. RGB Bleed, trim marks, and safe zones Font embedding and resolution optimization Preferred: Understanding of FSSAI and FMCG labeling guidelines Ability to create 3D product mockups (Smartmockups or Photoshop) Prior experience designing content for Instagram/Facebook Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field. Previous experience (internships/freelance/personal projects) in print and social media design is a plus.
