About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager to drive growth, retention, and operational excellence in our Healthcare Voice Process vertical. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, strategist, and leader with a strong track record of optimizing customer experience, increasing repeat business, and scaling processes efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for the Healthcare Voice Process, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Solve big problems by identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, and leveraging technology to enhance operations.
  • Drive retention and repeat usage by optimizing processes, customer interactions, and engagement strategies.
  • Leverage analytics and insights to track key metrics (CSAT, FCR,AHT, conversion rates) and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with operations, sales,and tech teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) who can bridge business goals with engineering execution.

You’ll work closely with our .NET development team (senior + junior devs) to ensure projects are delivered on time, automated, and scalable.

This is not a typical PM role — it requires someone who can understand code, architect sprints, manage delivery, and drive automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete delivery cycle — from requirement gathering to deployment.

Translate business objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements.

Create and manage sprint plans, timelines, and task breakdowns for developers.

Ensure automation (CI/CD, code reviews, testing) is implemented and followed.

Collaborate with the dev team daily to track progress, unblock, and manage dependencies.

Set up and monitor project dashboards, KPIs, and delivery reports.

Improve time management through structured process and progress tracking.

Coordinate between stakeholders (founders, tech team, QA, and design).

Ensure final releases are on-time, stable, and documented.

  • Must-Have Skills

Strong understanding of .NET Core, APIs, SQL Server, and modern backend architecture.

Experience managing or working directly with .NET development teams.

Proven experience in Agile / Scrum, sprint tracking, and backlog prioritization.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

Solid understanding of software automation, version control, and testing workflows.

Experience using Jira / ClickUp / Notion for project and sprint management.

Excellent communication and time management skills — can hold developers accountable respectfully.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

Past experience as a .NET Developer or Tech Lead before moving into PM role.

Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React / Angular).

Exposure to DevOps concepts — pipelines, containerization (Docker), cloud hosting.

Data-driven mindset — ability to track sprint velocity, bugs, and team efficiency metrics.
