Product Manager

Job Summary:

Directs a comprehensive product strategy from product conception and definition through end of life. Functions as a central resource with design, quality, test, marketing and distribution as the product(s) move through their lifecycle. Directs those involved in the design, modification and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products. Promotes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends.

Roles and responsibilities:

• The specific functions are dependent upon the position, but key responsibilities may involve utilizing computer systems and software applications to complete a variety of tasks, including typing, data entry, preparing reports, managing documents and/or files and communicating with customers or colleagues. The ability to effectively manage time and competing priorities is also critical.
• Define vision, road map and strategy for the product managed
• Supplies Data driven insights, utilize cross functional data to correlate trends and identify strategic actions
• Handle stakeholder communication
• Anchor various experiments with data, validate various models to define Customer centric strategy
• Guide to develop enterprise-wide re-usable frame works that will benefit other teams in different products.
• Drive business capabilities with Vision to roll out as a White label product
• Define & monitor key KPIs for the managed product. Define Product MVP items through various discussions with Business/IT Stake holders and adopt various modern techniques to ensure MVP provides optimum value and ROI
• Experience in Product Delivery and Execution
• Story Grooming and readiness for the managed product

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in data-driven or enterprise SaaS products.
• Proven track record in defining product strategy, MVPs, and delivering high-impact solutions.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, experimentation frameworks, and model validation.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, story grooming, and sprint execution.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
