Role Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy:
Assist in defining the product vision and roadmap; conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Product Development:
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features; manage product backlogs and user stories.
Stakeholder Communication
: Act as a liaison between business teams and development; provide regular updates on product progress.
Customer Focus:
Gather and analyze customer feedback; monitor product performance post-launch.
Data-Driven Decisions:
Use analytics tools to monitor KPIs and inform product decisions.

4-6 years of experience in product management or related roles.
Proven ability to manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with B2B SaaS products or in a startup environment.
Knowledge of AI/ML or analytics platforms.
