About the Role:

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and user needs
Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to build and launch new features
Translate product strategy into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Monitor product performance and use data to iterate and improve
Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify new opportunities
Ensure timely delivery of products and manage communication across stakeholders
Act as the voice of the customer in all product decisions

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, Figma, Confluence, and analytics platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SaaS, mobile apps, or tech startups
Familiarity with UX principles, customer journey mapping, and user testing
Background in working with cross-functional remote teams
