Job Description : Product Manager

Product Manager is responsible for driving the planning, execution, and success of digital products from conception to launch. This role ensures business alignment through strategic road maps, data-driven decisions, and flawless delivery in an agile setup.

Define a clear, measurable product road map aligned to business objectives.

Conduct regular requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and users.

Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.

Ensure timely approvals and sign-offs for planned features.

Monitor user adoption rates post-launch and drive feature improvements.

Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and execution as per Agile methodology.

Ensure on-time delivery of >90% sprints.

Proactively identify and remove blockers.

Maintain post-release defect rate below 5%.

Guarantee zero major production issues post go-live.

Define and monitor key product KPIs using GA4, New Relic, and internal dashboards.

Analyze product usage, performance, and conversion metrics to derive insights.

Deliver monthly insight reports to management on schedule.

Drive continuous process improvements and reduce technical errors by ≥15% quarterly.

Support business with data-led decision-making for feature prioritization.

Facilitate sprint ceremonies (daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).

Ensure weekly reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Resolve cross-functional escalations within agreed TAT.

Promote ownership, accountability, and collaboration across teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
