Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation and planning to launch and continuous improvement.
Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery of product features.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize product performance.
Use data and insights to track KPIs, measure success, and make informed decisions.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility, and user expectations.
Support go-to-market (GTM) plans and coordinate product launches with internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–6 years of experience in Product Management, with prior experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven track record of managing full product lifecycles in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Aha!
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in [ SaaS / FinTech / HRMS / E-commerce / IT Services].
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and familiarity with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics, SQL).
Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) and journey mapping.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
