Position: Site Engineer
Department: Civil / Construction
Location: Mohali
Experience: 1–5 Years
#Role Overview
The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensure work quality, and perform accurate leveling using Auto Level instruments. The role requires strong technical understanding of civil execution, site supervision, and coordination.
#Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise day-to-day construction work as per drawings and specifications.
2. Operate Auto Level for BS/FS/IS readings and prepare RL sheets.
3. Mark levels for excavation, PCC, RCC, plinth, brickwork, flooring, and roadwork.
4. Monitor material quality and workmanship.
5. Maintain site records, reports, and measurement sheets.
6. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
7. Ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines
#Qualifications & Skills
1. Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2. 1–5 years of relevant construction site experience.
3. Strong knowledge of Auto Level, leveling process, and site execution.
4. Ability to read drawings and manage site activities.
5. Good communication and documentation skills.
