Job Purpose
The Product Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership and delivery of CR2’s Digital Banking product suite. This role ensures that product development aligns with evolving market demands, customer expectations, and CR2’s long-term business objectives. The Product Manager serves as a catalyst for innovation, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration, driving the success of CR2’s platform across diverse financial ecosystems.
Hybrid Working Model with three mandated days working from office
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Product Leadership
Define and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CR2’s digital banking platform, leveraging market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
- Value Proposition & Differentiation
Establish and maintain clear product positioning and differentiation strategies to ensure sustained competitive advantage and market clarity.
- Business Case Development
Formulate and assess business cases for new product initiatives, including pricing recommendations in collaboration with Sales.
- Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with clients, Product Owners, and internal teams to gather insights, validate priorities, and align product direction with business goals.
- Backlog Management
Oversee and prioritise the Product Owners’ backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features and enhancements.
- Executive Collaboration
Partner with the CEO, Head of Product Management, and Executive Leadership to execute strategic product plans and drive organisational alignment.
- Go-To-Market Execution
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies, including launch planning and collateral development.
- Product Enablement & Training
Lead internal product education initiatives to support Sales Enablement and cross-functional training programs.
- Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all product journeys adhere to applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Release Planning & Communication
Manage product release cycles, including scope documentation, stakeholder communication, and demo coordination.
- Thought Leadership & Evangelism
Represent CR2’s product vision internally and externally, contributing to industry thought leadership and market awareness.
- Cross-Functional Alignment
Drive collaborative initiatives across departments to ensure cohesive execution and delivery.
- Roadmap Transparency
Maintain and communicate a clear, actionable roadmap that reflects strategic priorities and market responsiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Management, preferably within digital financial services.
- Demonstrated success in developing and launching Digital Banking and Wallet propositions.
- Experience with B2B or B2B2C enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Low Code/No Code platforms for Digital Applications is advantageous.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Aha.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; postgraduate qualification in Product Management or Business preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
