As a Product Manager at Terafac, you will play a crucial role in leading our AI-driven product line that is revolutionizing industrial robotics. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning and leading the product roadmap for AI/ML and Computer Vision in robotics applications. - Leading agile ceremonies to ensure team synchronization and fast delivery. - Defining product goals, writing clear requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features. - Collaborating with engineering, business, and operations teams to align product vision with company objectives. - Cultivating a culture of experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. - Keeping up with the latest advancements in Vision AI, Robotics, and Generative AI to integrate relevant breakthroughs into the product. - Understanding the AI/ML product lifecycle end-to-end - from data pipelines and model design to deployment and iteration. - Defining success metrics, monitoring product performance, and driving customer feedback loops. - Representing the product to clients, partners, and the industry. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 3+ years of experience in product development within a fast-paced, high-growth startup. - Strong understanding of software product development and lifecycle management. - Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma. Preferred qualifications may include: - Consulting background. - Exposure to manufacturing. - Experience in AI/ML and computer vision. - A degree from IIT, NIT, or another well-regarded college or university is an advantage.
