Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Product Manager to take ownership of the entire product lifecycle — from ideation and workflow design to execution and delivery. This role requires someone who can balance product vision with hands-on execution, working closely with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to build scalable and impactful software products. Responsibilities * Workflow & Feature Design: Define and design the workflows and features of our software product, ensuring they are practical, efficient, and aligned with business needs. * Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can strengthen our product. * Stakeholder Collaboration: For new projects, engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand objectives, and independently derive a complete workflow and execution plan. * Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks and structured workflows. * Task Creation & Funneling: Break down projects into well-defined tasks, ensuring developers and designers always have clear, prioritized, and sufficient work pipelines. * Project Tracking & Accountability: Monitor the progress of all engineering tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. * Tech Service Integration: Support engineering teams in connecting with and leveraging third-party tech services or tools as required. * Communication & Alignment: Ensure smooth communication between teams, fostering clarity and alignment across engineering, design, and product objectives. What we are looking for : * Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge in software development, engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or Project Manager in a software product company. * Demonstrated ability to design workflows, manage features, and handle product lifecycles end-to-end. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams. * Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
