As a proactive and technically strong Product Manager at FerrySwiss, you will be responsible for owning the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and workflow design to execution and delivery. Your role will involve balancing product vision with hands-on execution, collaborating closely with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to build scalable and impactful software products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and design workflows and features of the software product to ensure practicality, efficiency, and alignment with business needs. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can enhance the product. - Engage with stakeholders for new projects to gather requirements, understand objectives, and independently derive complete workflows and execution plans. - Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks and structured workflows. - Break down projects into well-defined tasks, ensuring clear, prioritized, and sufficient work pipelines for developers and designers. - Monitor the progress of all engineering tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. - Support engineering teams in integrating and leveraging third-party tech services or tools as needed. - Ensure smooth communication between teams to foster clarity and alignment across engineering, design, and product objectives. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong technical background with hands-on knowledge in software development, engineering, or related fields. - Proven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or Project Manager in a software product company. - Demonstrated ability to design workflows, manage features, and handle product lifecycles end-to-end. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, etc. FerrySwiss, located in Kozhikode, Kerala, is an equal opportunities employer that values diversity in the workforce.
