2. Property.new (B2C): A transparent, zero-fake-listing marketplace for home buyers.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who can execute our "SaaS-to-Marketplace" strategy. You will own the B2B product roadmap, ensuring that our tools are indispensable for Builders/Brokers while serving as the reliable data source for our consumer marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the B2B Product: enhancing our CRM, Inventory Management, and Channel Partner apps. If it’s not easier than Excel or WhatsApp, it’s not done.
• Build the Flywheel: Ensure seamless API integration where inventory updates on the SaaS side reflect instantly on the Marketplace side.
• Solve Indian Real Estate Pain Points: Design workflows for "Token Money," RERA compliance, and digital allotment letters.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Use analytics (Mixpanel/GA) to understand how Brokers use the app in the field and optimize for retention.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: collaborate with Engineering (MERN & flutter stack), Design, and Sales teams to launch features that drive revenue.

Who You Are

• Experience: 3+ years in Product Management (SaaS, PropTech, or Fintech preferred).
• Strategic Thinker: You understand that "Inventory is Oil." You know how to incentivize users to input data.
• Tech Savvy: You are comfortable discussing APIs, Webhooks, and mobile architecture with developers.
• Local Market Context: You understand the nuances of the Indian real estate market (Tier-1 vs. Tier-2, Channel Partner networks).
• Hustle: You are willing to visit site offices in Noida/NCR to gather real feedback from the "feet-on-street."
