Job Description

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
Translate customer needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and business value.
Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and market validation.
Own product lifecycle management—from ideation to launch, adoption, and iteration.
Monitor product performance using data, KPIs, and user feedback to drive improvements.
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams for effective go-to-market strategies.
Balance short-term execution with long-term product vision.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of product management frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using metrics for decision-making.
Ability to manage trade-offs and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, or similar).
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and execution skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
4–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
Proven track record of shipping successful products.
Exposure to user experience (UX), product analytics, and go-to-market planning is a plus.
