Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong understanding of the software industry who can bridge the gap between clients and development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product vision, gathering and translating requirements, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of software products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.

- Collaborate with development teams to define product features, priorities, and timelines.

- Translate business requirements into clear, detailed, and actionable product specifications.

- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.

- Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and recommend improvements.

- Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

- Facilitate sprint planning, product demos, and review meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or a related role in the software industry.

- Basic knowledge of software development processes, tools, and industry trends.

- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to SaaS, web applications, or enterprise software projects.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
