About the Role

Product Manager

You will collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build features that improve customer experience, enhance platform reliability, and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Planning & Roadmap

• Contribute to product vision, strategy, and feature roadmap.
• Identify user problems, prioritise opportunities, and define clear requirements.

2. Requirement Gathering & PRD Ownership

• Convert user needs into detailed PRDs, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Break down complex workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences.

3. Execution & Delivery

• Work closely with engineering during development cycles.
• Manage sprint planning, feature testing, QA, and release rollout.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and smooth cross-team communication.

4. User Research & Feedback Loops

• Interact with users, internal teams, and stakeholders to understand pain points.
• Use prototypes, mocks, and hypothesis testing to validate ideas quickly.

5. Analytics & Data-Driven Decisions

• Analyse product usage, metrics, and user behaviour to identify areas of improvement.
• Define and monitor KPIs for new and existing features.

6. AI-Driven Enhancements (General Expectation)

• Work with AI/ML teams to explore opportunities for automation, insights, and intelligent workflows.
• Define data needs and help shape AI-powered features within the product.

Required Skills

Core Product Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in product management (preferably in SaaS).
• Strong ability to write PRDs, document requirements, and manage cross-functional execution.
• Good understanding of usability, customer journeys, and product design fundamentals.
• Comfortable with tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, or similar.

Analytical & Technical Skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and spot trends.
• Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, or working with engineering teams.

AI Skills

• Understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, and prompt design is a plus.
• Ability to identify opportunities where AI can assist, automate, or improve workflows.
• Experience working with AI-driven insights, chat interfaces, or automation flows (preferred, not mandatory).

Soft Skills

• Clear communication and strong stakeholder management.
• Structured problem-solving and attention to detail.
• High ownership, prioritisation skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

• Worked on building AI features, automation workflows, or analytics products.
• Exposure to martech, adtech and ecommerce platforms.
• Ability to create wireframes or prototype flows.
